Died peacefully on Monday, April 25, lovingly remembered by Carolyn, Ian and all the Family.
Funeral Service at St Gregory's Church, Blackhalve Lane, Wednesfield at 12.30pm on Wednesday, May 25, followed by Cremation atBushbury Crematorium. No flowers, donations to St Gregory's, a plate will be available on the day.
