Sadly passed away on April 27, 2016 aged 53 years.
Funeral to be held at St. Chad's Church, Coseley on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at 1pm, followed by Interment at Beacon Hill Cemetery.
Flowers welcome, or if preferred, donationsto Cancer Research UK can be placed in the donation box at the Funeral.
