Sadly passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2016, aged 67 years.
Requiem Mass to take place on Thursday, May 5, at 11am, at St Chad and All Saints Church, Sedgley, followed by Burial at Bushbury Cemetery, at 12.30pm.
The Family invite you to join them for refreshments afterwards at The Builders Arms, Derry Street.
