It is with very great sadness to announce that Joan passed away peacefully after a very short illness on Sunday, April 17, 2016 at The Poplars Nursing Home, age 89 years.

Beloved Wife of the late Robert (Bob) anddevoted Mother to the late Julie, united again.

Joan, formerly of Fairway Avenue but since 2012 home has been Grafton Lodge.

Will be sadly missed but never forgotten by all her Family.

Funeral Service 2.50pm, on Tuesday, May 3, at Gornal Wood Crematorium.

A big thank you to all the Staff at Grafton Lodge for the wonderful care and kindness shown towards Joan and a big thank you to the Staff at The Poplars for the care given over the last few weeks.

Donations in memory of Joan accepted for the Alzheimer's Society.
