Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 29, at home, aged 68 years.

The Funeral Service will take place on Friday, April 29, at Gornal Wood Cemetery Chapel, 12.20pm, followed by Interment.

Family flowers only but donations for The Stroke Association would be gratefully accepted at the Service.

Sadly missed by your three Sons Paul, Anthony and David, Grandchildren Paul, Ross, Ashley, Abby and Tom.

We loved you so much, God bless.

Dad When I was a little boy you were always number one to me, I will never forget you and miss you loads.

Thanks for the years we shared, the love you gave and the way you cared.

To see you suffer was hard to bear but now I know you are in God's care.
