Sadly passed away, Wednesday, April 6, 2016, aged 82 years.

Much loved Husband, Dad, Grandad, Brother and Uncle.

Rest in peace until we meet again.

The Funeral Service is to be held on Tuesday, April 19, at 11am, at Chadsmoor Methodist Church, followed by Committal at Stafford Crematorium.

All are welcome to attend the Services to celebrate Clive's life and also afterwards at Hednesford Town Football Club.

Family flowers only please. Donations, if preferred, can be made to Staffordshire Regimental Association, Hednesford Branch and Hearing Dogs for the Deaf.
