Peacefully passed away on April 3, 2016, aged 75 years.

A brave, resiliant and inspiring gentleman, who will be missed by all his Family and all who cared for him.

Funeral Service will take place at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel on Friday, April 22, at 1.30pm, followed by a Memorial Service at the Quaker Meeting House, Stourbridge.

Family flowers only please.
