Eventually lost her brave battle with cancer on February 23, 2012, aged 41 years.
She will be sadly missed by her loving Husband Simon, Children Aaron, Kirsty and Daryl and all Family and Friends.
FuneralService to be held on Thursday, March 8, 2012, at Rowley Regis Crematorium at 11.30am.
Family flowers only please but donations for Mary Stevens Hospice or Cancer Research UK will be accepted by:

Behind our smile there is many a tear for one we lost yet loved so dear. To a beautiful life came a sudden end, she died as she lived, everyones friend. God bless Allyson Tom Aimee and Jake xxxx
