Passed away peacefully at Sandwell Hospital on Saturday, February 11, 2012, aged 77 years.
Funeral Service to be held at Powke Lane Crematorium, Rowley Regis, on Monday, February 27, 2012, at 2.30pm.
All Family and Friends are welcome after the Service to The Olympic Club, Portway Hill, Oakham.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to West Midlands Air Ambulance and The Stroke Association.
