Passed peacefully away Tuesday, February 16, aged 74.

Funeral to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Wednesday, March 2, at 3.30pm.

Family flowers only but donations if desired for Macmillan may be given at the Service.

Terry, you were my Soulmate and best Friend and now reunited with our Daughter Diane.

Sleep peacefully sweetheart.

Greatly missed and loved dearly by Wife Dorothy, Son Alan, Sister Beryl and all your loving Family.
