Passed away peacefully aged 75 years.
Funeral Service to take place on Thursday, February 16, at 11.30am, at St Thomas' Church, followed by Cremation at Streetly Crematorium.
All flowers are welcome.
Shirley will be sadly missed byJill, Judy, Gail, Carl, Donna, Tina and all the Grandchildren.
