Passed away at New Cross Hospital, on January 28, 2016, aged 62 years.
Funeral Service to be held at Holy Trinity Church, Heath Town, on Monday, February 22, 2016, at 11am followed by Interment at Bushbury Cemetery.
Dress code optional, crazy shirts welcome.
Flowers or donations if desired, which can be given for the work of Holy Trinity Church, Heath Town.
