PAYNE Norah nee Pardoe Formerly of Rowley Regis and Blackheath. Passed away peacefully on February 5, 2012, aged 84 years. Dearly loved Wife of the late Edgar, loving Mom of Yvonne and Julie. Will be sadly missed by all her loving Family.Everyone welcome at the Funeral Service on Friday, February 17, at Rowley Crematorium, Powke Lane at 3.15pm. Family flowers only.
