Passed away peacefully on January 24, 2012, aged 90 years.
Funeral Service to take place at All Saints Church, Sedgley, on Monday, February 13, at 11.30am, followed by Cremation at Gornal Wood Crematorium, at 12.20pm.
Family flowers only please, donations welcome to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, a donation tube will be provided at the Crematorium.
