Of Great Wyrley, passed away on January 29, 2012, aged 64 years.
Beloved Husband of Irene and loving Dad to Johanne and Michelle.
Terry will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
The Funeral Service will take place on Friday, February 10, 2012, at Bushbury Crematorium, at 2.30pm.
