Sadly passed away at St. Giles Hospice, on Tuesday, December 29, 2015, aged 57 years.

Pauline will be dearly missed by loving Husband Ray, Children Kerry and Craig and all the Grandchildren.

The Funeral Service will take place at All Saints Church, Bloxwich, on Thursday, January 14, 2016, at 12.30pm, followed by the Burial at North Walsall Cemetery.
