Passed away on January 23, 2012, aged 74 years.

Sadly missed by all his loving Family.

Funeral Service and Committal to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Thursday, February 9, at 12noon.

Allwelcome afterwards for refreshments at The Crown, High Street, Albrighton, Wolverhampton.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu payable to The Acorns Childrens Hospital.

A collection will take place at the Crematorium.
