COOPER Janice, nee Berryman.

Sadly passed away on December 21, 2015, aged 75 years.

Funeral to be held at Lanesfield Methodist Church on Friday, January, 8, 2016, at 3pm, followed by Committal at Gornal Wood Crematorium.

Family flowers only please.

Donations in memory of Janice made payable to either Compton Hospice or Macmillan Cancer Support can be placed in the donation box at the Funeral.
