The memory of my special Nan, so loving thoughtful and kind, lives on in the hearts of every one she loved and left behind.

Although we cannotsee you, we feel your presence near, we will hold you close in memory, till we drop our very last tears.

So sleep now with the Angels and your golden heart let rest, although our hearts are broken, we know God took the best.

So dance beyond those golden gates and join your loving Mum, we will see you when we are sleeping and pray for you to come.

So rest now our beautiful Nan.

We little knew that day, that God was going to call your name, in life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same.

It broke our hearts to lose you but you didn't go alone, for part of us went with you the day God called you home.

You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide and though we cannot see you, you are always at our side.

Our Family chain is broken and nothing seems the same but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.

Rest in peace.
