Passed away on Friday, November 13, aged 79 years.
The Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, December 2, at Gornal Wood Crematorium, 11am.
Flowers welcome but donations for Lung Cancer will be collected on the day.

Sad to hear of Shirley's passing, I have fond memories of our times spent together many years ago 'the good old days' . A wonderful lady who will be sadly missed. Rest in peace my friend.
