Passed away on Monday, November 9, 2015, aged 79 years.

Our lovely lady who had a smile for everyone will be very sadly missed by Family, Friends and Neighbours.

The Funeral Service will take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium onMonday, November 30, 2015, at 3.30pm.

Mourning clothes not necessary.
