Passed away peacefully on November 17, 2015, at Wheaton Aston Care Home, aged 96 years.
Loving Mom to David and Susan, Mom-in-law to Sue and Carl, also a loving Nan to Rebecca, Emma and Charlie.
Her Funeral Service will take place at Telford Crematorium on Thursday, December 3, 2015, at 11am.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired for the RNIB will accepted by
