Passed away at St. Giles' Hospice, Walsall, on Friday, January 13, 2012, aged 64 years.

Kate will be very sadly missed by all Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service will take place at Streetly Crematorium in the West Chapel, on Monday, January 23, 2012, at 10am.
