Formerly of Wombourn Park.
Passed away at The Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, on Saturday, October 3, 2015, aged 75 years.
She will be sadly missed by loving Husband David, Daughter Jane and all Family andFriends.
Funeral Service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Wednesday, October 21, at 12 noon, followed by a Memorial Service at St. Gwynog's Church, Aberhafesp at 3pm.
Family flowers, donations if desired to The Severn Hospice.
