Passed peacefully away at home, with his Family, on October 4, 2015, aged 63 years. Sadly missed by all his Family and Friends and faithful Jack.
Funeral Service to be held at St Benedict Biscop Church, Wombourne on Thursday, October 15, at 2pm, followed by Burial at Sytch Lane Cemetery, at 2.45pm.
Family flowers only please, donations, to New Cross Hospital Deansley Unit and cheques may be forwarded to
