Passed away peacefully at home on September 29, aged 76 years.
Much loved and sadly missed by Husband Len, Daughters Briony and Lianne and their Families.
Funeral Service 10.45am, on Tuesday, October 13, at Rowley Regis Crematorium.
Mourning clothes not essential.
Family flowers only please.
