Passed away peacefully at Fernwood Court Care Home, on January 1, 2012, aged 76 years.
The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, January 19, 2012, at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel at 1.30pm.
A dear and special lady, whowill be forever missed by all her Family.
