Sadly passed away at home, surrounded by her Family on Tuesday, September 29, now reunited with her loving Husband Arthur.

We invite you to join in with the Celebration of Mom's life at Gornal Crematorium, on Friday, October16, at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only please. Donations are invited to either Marie Curie or Macmillan Nurses.

A heartfelt thank you to the Carers, District Nurses and Marie Curie Staff who gave Mom such wonderful care, support and kindness during her illness.

A special thank you too, to Family and Friends who were there for us in our time of need.

Rest in peace now Mom, we have so many fond memories to treasure.
