Aged 66 years.
Sadly passed away with her loving Family around her, on September 30, 2015, at St. Giles Hospice, Walsall.
The Funeral Service will be held at St. Michael and All Angels Church, Pelsall on Tuesday,October 13, 2015, at 1.15pm, followed by Committal at Streetly Crematorium.
Family flowers only please by request. Donations if desired to St. Giles Hospice, Walsall and Ward 23 (Lincoln Ward) Walsall Manor Hospital.
