Sadly but peacefully passed away on September 20, 2015.
A much loved Wife and Mum.
Missed by Husband John and Children Robert, Paul, Sarah and Simon and Families.
Funeral Service to be held on October 8, at 10.30am, atBushbury Crematorium, West Chapel.
Family flowers only please.
