Iris

Passed away at New Cross Hospital, aged 93 years, on Saturday, December 31, 2011.

Much loved Mother to Michael, Mavis, Corrine and Sandra, Daughter-in-law and Son-in-law, Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchi ldren.

Your restless nights are over Mom, your painful days are gone and now you are reunited with your beloved Husband Tom.

Funeral Service to be held at St Chad's Church, Pattingham, on Thursday, January 12, 2012, at 2.30pm, followed by Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 3.30pm.

Flowers welcome, donations to the Osteoporosis Society c/o
