Of Hatfield Road, Stourbridge, passed away peacefully at home on December 25, 2011, aged 72 years.

Dearly loved and sadly missed by Nicola and Bryan and all her loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place on Tuesday, January 17, at Stourbridge Crematorium, at 12.20pm.
