Reunited with husband Jim.

Loving Mother to Paul and Lisa and Mother-in-law of Paul and Liz, much loved Nan of Jamie, Danny and Libby.

Funeral Service, to be held at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, on Wednesday, September 23, 2015, at 10.45am.

Family flowers only.

Donations to be placed in a donation box at the Funeral are to be shared between various charities.
