Passed away December 18, 2011, aged 46 years.
Funeral Service to be held at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, Newton Road, on Monday, January 9, at 3.15pm.
All Family and Friends are welcome.
Husband and Dad
We make no outward show but what it meant to lose you no one will ever know. Time may hide the sadness like a smile hides the tears, memories of you we will always hold close, throughout the passing years.
