Passed away on Friday, September 4, 2015, at Talbot house Nursing Home, aged 81 years.
The Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday September 22, 2015, at St Michael's Church, Brereton at, 11am, followed by Burial at Stile Cop Cemetery.
Family flowers only any donations received will be given to Talbot House Nursing Home.
