Peacefully passed away on August 20, 2015, aged 82 years.
Dot will be dearly missed by all her Family and Friends.
Funeral Service will take place at Our Lady & All Saints Church, Stourbridge, on Thursday, September 17, at 10am,followed by a Private Burial at Widnes Cemetery.
