Funeral Service and Cremation to take place at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel, on Tuesday, September 8, at 11.30am.

Flowers or donations if desired to Wolverhampton Alzheimer's Society via collection box on day or c/o Jennings Funeral Directors.
