Slipped away peacefully on August 25, 2015, aged 68 years.

Funeral Service to be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2015, at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, Newton Road, West Bromwich, at 2.30pm.

Return venue will be announced at the Service.
