Passed away on August 17, 2015, aged 70 years, at St Giles Hospice, Lichfield.

Will be sadly missed by Partner Ellen, Son Gary, Daughter Amanda, Daughter-in-law Tracey and Grandchildren Sheryl, Aaron, Daniel and Emily also James Partner of Sheryl, Brother and Sister Robert and Margaret.

Funeral Service to be held at Streetly Crematorium, West Chapel, at 1.30pm, on Tuesday, September 1.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired will be forward to St Giles Hospice, Lichfield.
