Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 27, 2011.

The Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, January 18, 2012, at All Saints Parish Church, West Bromwich, at 10.45am, followed by Committal Service at Sandwell Valley Crematorium at 11.30am.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to a charity to be decided.
