Who passed away peacefully at New Cross Hospital, on July 17, 2015, aged 87 years.
Reunited with Mam at last.
Father to Mick, Sheila, Des and Geoffrey.
Sadly missed by Family and Friends.
The Funeral Service is to take place on Wednesday, August 12, 2015, in the West Chapel, Bushbury Crematorium, at 11.15am, followed by Burial at Danescourt Cemetery, Tettenhall, at 12.30pm.
