Sadly passed away on Saturday, July 18 at New Cross Hospital, aged 66 years.
Loving Wife to Alf and Mother to Nicky and Nanna to Emily, Isaac and William.
The Funeral Service will take place at Stafford Crematorium on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at 12.30pm.
By request, Family flowers only, donations if desired to Air Ambulance.
