Who passed away peacefully after a long period of ill health, on December 7, 2011, aged 84 years.

The Church Service is to take place on Wednesday, January 4, 2012, at St Mary's Church, Oxford Street, Bilston at 12.30pm, followed by Burial at Hall Green Cemetery, Bradley at 1.30pm.

Re-united with late Husband Samuel Thomas.

Always remembered by Cousins Ken, Reg, Trevor and Families.
