Passed away at home on July 15, 2015, aged 74 years.
A much loved Mom and Nan, will be sadly missed by her Family and Friends.
The Funeral Service and Cremation will be held on Tuesday, August 4, at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 12 noon.
Family flowers only, donations if desired payable to The British Heart Foundation c/o the Family.
