Passed away on June 29, 2015, aged 75 years. Will be sadly missed by Husband Arthur, Son Andrew, Grandson Jake and Daughter-in-law Karen.
Funeral Service at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel on Monday, August 3, 2015, at 1.30pm.
