Passed away suddenly on December 4, 2011, at New Cross Hospital, aged 68 years.
Funeral Service to be held on December 30, 2011, at 1.15pm, St. Leonard's Church, Bilston, followed by Interment at Hall Green Cemetery,at 2pm.
