Sadly passed away on June 22, 2015, aged 23 years.
The Funeral Service will take place at St Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Darlaston on Wednesday, July 8, at 1.30pm, followed by Burial at Willenhall Lawn Cemetery.
Family flowers only please.
