Beloved Son of the late Hilda and Tom, passed away after a short illness on June 19, 2015, aged 68 years.
The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 10, at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel, at 11.30am.
Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to The Stroke Association.
