Passed away peacefully at St Giles Hospice, on June 21, 2015, aged 80 years.
Funeral Service will take place at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Monday, July 6, 2.15pm.
Flowers to Thomas Ely, Willenhall, or donations toSt Giles, Walsall Hospice.
Loved and missed by Daughter Margaret, Son John and Family.
