Funeral Service and Cremation to take place at Streetly Crematorium, on Thursday, December 22, 2011, at 11am, all Friends welcome.

Immediate Family flowers only, donations if desired to the Macmillan Cancer Support.

Anyone wishing to follow the Cortege, please meet at the Funeral Home no later then 10.20am, in time to leave at 10.30am.
